The applicant is requesting a Special Permit to reface the panels of a freestanding 23-foot internally illuminated off-premise sign which identifies the apartment complex behind a convenience store. Off-premises signs are not allowed without a Special Permit and ground signs permitted in a CAC District may not exceed 12 feet.
