January NWCA Meeting
Our January 7, 2026 meeting will be at Northwest Church of the Nazarene (5707 Olentangy River Road) at 7:00 PM and via Zoom.
Guest: Brad Westall or Mishelle Hilliard, Columbus Recreation and Parks will talk about the work being done at the West Case Road Park (aka The Sheep Farm).
Zoning/Variance Hearings:
1. 5751 Sovereign St / 2959 W Case Rd (CV25-079): 3 variances requested to allow a two-family dwelling unit on a split parcel
2. 4901 & 4925 Postlewaite Rd (CV25-107): 3 variances requested to install a natural gas metering and regulation station to maintain reliable service to the surrounding community
