ADU Hearing October 29th

Councilmember Otto Beatty III invites you to attend the 3rd public hearing to discuss the draft proposal for the expansion of the zoning code for the allowance of Accessory Dwelling Units in residential districts and review the feedback collected over the 60-day public comment period. The Building and Zoning Service Department will present an update of the proposed draft code changes at the hearing. Please note the proposed draft code change will fall under the City Council’s Housing For All and Columbus Forward initiatives.

All interested residents are invited to offer written or public testimony by sending an email to Leah Boyd at LSBoyd@columbus.gov by 10:00am on October 29th including full name and address - please include “October 29 Hearing Testimony” in the subject line of the email. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes.
